“When I picked up my car from Delta Sonic today, I was completely floored. My car is 11 years old and when I picked it up it looked like it could have been on the showroom floor. It literally looked like no one had sat in it yet, let alone my doggo for the last 3 years. UB detailed my car with such care, did a complete walk-through with me as I was just blown away by how beautiful my car (Zelda) was shining. Floor mats looked factory direct. No dog hair and no NY salt on the carpets. Thank you UB and DS!!”

“Rosa is incredible! I inadvertently left my phone on my truck's tonneau cover. Didn't realize it till about 10 minutes after I left. Went back and told her that I thought that's what happened. She immediately went through the wash lane and found it. Unfortunately it was destroyed. She also assisted me previously when I changed vehicles. She was more than helpful both times. Definitely an asset to your company. Thank you.”
“Very nice. A few self serve hand wash bays and one laser-wash bay at one end. It takes a little longer. But only cause it lets the soap soak into the car to remove dirt and crud. Results were very pleasing. Truck looks great!”

“Was just driving through the area. I needed a wash, this place is amazing!!! Very reasonable price, the laser wash cleaned my vehicle very well. I am normally out in this area, going to come here a lot more often! They even have self wash and a vending machine full of accessories. Great place! Highly recommend.”
“Edit: great customer service! But regardless, undercarriage wash isn’t super great. We will continue to use this Carwash though!
Don’t do the automatic car wash for the purposes of undercarriage washing. We paid $14 for the sole purpose of cleaning the undercarriage, but nothing got cleaned. It’s better to do self car wash.”
“Update on 10/6: saw the new sign and lights, gave it a try. I was able to pay and get a wash. Cautiously optimistic.
Don’t bother. 3 separate occasions, it won’t take my card and can’t get in to the wash. Gave it 3 tries on 2 different days and 2 different lanes and no wash. They should have an out of order sign. Save your time and pick a different car wash.”

“There isn't much to say about a car wash, I guess. My car is clean when I leave whether I hand wash in a bay or go through the touchless lol. I prefer touchless so my car isn't scratched or beat up and then I park and hand dry. What I can speak to is when car washes like this malfunction be sure to have the phone number with you (its posted all over, even in the bays) I've never been stuck in the wash or anything, but the machines have taken my money. When you call the customer service number they show all the way up! They pull up and help or they send you codes for the free washes and things like that :)”

“Put my money in the pay terminal, for the car wash, it didn't give me change, and the door didn't open. Called the number and no answer.. owner called back first thing in the morning and sent out a refund! Thank you!”
