“My first experience with Wayne bank in Stamford, NY was a few weeks ago. I didn’t know what to expect as the matter was not necessarily a simple one. Every staff member I met was not only extremely welcoming/kind but also very helpful.
In particular, I worked closely with Jacki Ploss who was wonderful in every way: kind, empathetic, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Jacki walked me through step-by-step, answering my many questions along the way. I am beyond grateful for Jacki’s help; so much so that I drove over 30 mins to the Stamford branch instead of a nearby branch to work with Jacki again on a different matter.
For anyone living in this area in Upstate NY, I would highly recommend the Stamford branch of Wayne bank based on my experience.”
