Your service is lousy and has been getting worse monthly and I wonder why that is. A letter which used to take one week, takes three? Who is doing this? Is there a fix in for your president, certainly seems so, I don’t have to wait eight weeks for two for something that takes two at the worst. Usually takes one week. Your govt at every level is getting more corrupt each week and everyone knows it. The world is watching what used t8 be a great country sink to new lows..I have no respect for this new America of trump and Putin ..
