This 7-Eleven on Broadway Avenue in Holbrook is the worst 7-Eleven. I bought intimate cakes donuts were old 90% of their food are expired. I’ve been here for 14 years and they have not had any upgrades. It’s like a pit of people just trying to make money and not putting any more effort into this facility. I’m so disappointed in this 711.

Edit: they have changed the hours open on Google Maps, so I am changing the rating on my review.
It's not open 24 hours even though they say it is. Not open at 4AM. When a place is open for 24 hours you'd expect it to be open for 24 hours.
This has now happened multiple times.
If you're consistently not going to be open by 1AM-5AM, maybe even longer... maybe reflect that in the hours open? Plus I filled out your survey in the previous response you provided, nothing has changed.

I used to live across the street from this 7/11, avoid at all cost it's ghetttoooo the workers will steal your money for gift cards and never activate them, I also had my card number stolen from this location and had someone attempting to use my card.

a customer at this 7-11 for over 30 years. I went Saturday afternoon to get Corona Light and the clerk told me if I sign up for the rewards I can save 7 dollars. I decide to sign up and after fighting with the computer get registered and the discount does not come up. He then says that the light is not part of the promotion (but a sign there on the register says that it is). He then tells me CoronaLT is not Corona light and I laughed at him. The other clerk told me to buy the regulat Corona and I asked for a manager but was told he will be back there on Monday. So I drove 2 extra minutes to the Beer distributer (got a better price) and will no longer shop at this store.

Went in to deposit money on my cash app. The night guy with the hood was very thorough. Really cool there are actually people about their business.

They don't have an ice machine, and their cold brew coffee comes out looking like slightly brown water. Nasty. Poor selection of protein bars/energy drinks.

Went in tonight to buy alcohol and women at register argued that I wasn’t of age to buy it when it clearly said on my license that is. an enhanced license usual the place always scan your license when buying alcohol definitely will not be returning to that 7/11.

Me and my friends were trying to decide what we want for lunch and one of the employees kept following us and looking at us .then we were getting the last thing before we paid and the manger or whoever comes up to us and said we were in there for 30 minutes and we have to buy what we have now and said we can’t have someone follow you around .you shouldn’t follow us around just because we are teenagers also we were thinking only in there for ten minutes no need to be rude and disrespectful and stereotype us

Just went to this 711 near my house like always . I got two cups of coffee and behind the counter the employee was getting ready to put out the muffins and bakery goods . He must of had a cold kept sniffing and wiping his nose and touching every single muffin so disgusting. Will be calling corporate and the health department.
