“I visit this store frequently. In the past couple of months the store has changed in a positive way. I’ve dealt with Gary the new manager a couple of times. But the new guy Russ has gone above and beyond to help me find some parts for the truck I’m building and is very very knowledgeable in a lot of different ways. He helped me find a belt I didn’t know what exactly I needed but he was able to base it off a belt I brought that was the wrong width and explained what the numbers stood for on the box. He also helped me figure out a draw I had on the electrical system. These are the type of people that should work in these stores very knowledgeable, very good at explaining trouble shooting, and was polite and great at his job. I almost felt like I was back in school when I left there. Much better then some of the longtime employees there that bearly acknowledge you entered the store being buried in their phone watching videos with the volume loud. This store is now number one on my list and my go to store.”
