This pharmacy just illegally refused to sell me the appropriate injection supplies, AGAIN, for an injectable medication I was picking up because it was for my trans care. This is illegal under multiple levels of law in NY and I have the refusal recorded. CVS Pharmacy are you going to address this ongoing discrimination or do I need to start an actual lawsuit?

I visited the store late at night because it is 24 hours. I was immediately asked if I needed help when I walked in. The woman that was working helped me to find what I was looking for. There is a weird chiming sound in the middle of the store. The store overall was not too bad. It could have used a cleaning and the items were not stocked the way the other cvs stores are. It’s a bit harder to find everything. Just saying.

I received a bottle of muscle aches and pain relief medication with an expired date. It's frustrating because I bought the medicine to relieve pain, but now I have to drive back to return it for a refund. It's ridiculous!

The staff was rude and racist this old lady with glasses was harassing this Latino guy for not speaking English we were trying to help him but she was following us even at check out she even took his stuff out of the paper bag so frustrating

I don't know what's going on with this location, management or corporate issues? This store has been my "go to" for most Rx's, generally without many issues other than taking the liberty to refill without me requesting them. I've currently been TRYING to refill an Rx important to my healthcare and their only response had been my insurance won't cover it and they need more info from my provider. The exact same Rx they have been filling for years! My provider responded 3 times, still no fill! No help or suggestions offered by CVS, just sorry. Sure you are. My insurance provider even called there with me on conference call and explained how to fill, the associate had no clue. I had Walgreens pull the Rx, filled with NO problem. Their social media "Facebook" team were no help either, didn't even answer my inquiry!

I don’t usually write a review but I honestly had enough of that cvs ; they are never ready with your medication and when you wait for the text or the call to pick it up ; they are still not ready , they never have anything and when you say something they tell you wait inside or shop till they get it ready , they are slow and unpleasant; I will definitely change pharmacies next time

I used to work for that store and now I see why they are always hiring. The store is a mess and I can't wait for the day when it gets shut down. I had dealt with at work bullying and was verbally threaten by some of the staff at the store. I'm glad I got out of there when I got the chance. If two of those men named Mike still work there, I hope you guys rot to hell!!!

The customer service is terrible. This is the worst place to get an Rx filled. Filled my time release Rx with broken pills. You can't take broken time release pills. Another Rx on backorder I called after two weeks because I didn't hear from them. When I called to find out when my Rx was coming in. I was told it came in already but my Rx wasn't filled.
