Was a customer years ago and then started to go to Clean World. Returned back to Joy Cleaners and love it. Don't have to worry about my clothes being lost. Owner super friendly as well! Fair pricing which seems to be on par with others.

THIS IS THE ACTUAL WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO! We sent my MIL here for alterations on a $25 dress we bought and it costed her over $500 and at her try on appointment the alterations were not complete and the seamstress came back with a $60 additional ticket. The HUSBANDS response was “ maybe you should have married a rich man “ . As my MIL and 78 year old grandmother were getting dressed the woman was rushing them out the door half dressed even though it was only 3:40p and they closed at 4p. The customer experience at this location was absolute trash. Working in customer service/Retail as a manager, idc how good you are at your job you respect people and treat people how you wanted to be treated . PERIOD.

The gentleman who dealt with me was very nasty and rude. All over some work he did for me and me asking for a price on something in the future. Told me to leave and not come. Extremely nasty person

I can’t not believe the treatment I received as a returning customer for 8+ years. Every week my husband drops off clothing to get dry cleaned and it’s pricey ($80-$100+)but the guy is always nice and does a good job so we kept going. I recently had to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and they wanted to charge me $200. It’s a bit pricey for a hemming but I don’t mind since we have been coming for years and they always do a good job with my husbands clothing.
I came in and one side of the dress was slightly higher than the other and I wanted it to be fixed. The woman grabs me abruptly turns me to the mirror and tugs hard on the dress and says “it’s fine, your a human body that moves so it’s not going to look perfect” and asked “what I am trying to find?”. I proceed to tell her about not appreciating the attitude and she told me that “it’s a waste of her time”. I stated that “for $200 for a hem I shouldn’t be called a waste of time”. The guys said “she is very busy”. And in that moment I understood that she didn’t care enough to fix the dress. I asked the guy to take all my clothing out and I paid for everything and left. I will not be returning ever again. I can not believe the way they treated their customers

I love this place. The owner is very friendly and always has a smile. He also remembers you as well. I love what the name JOY stands for. If you ever go, ask him. It's a beautiful story. I think of JOY in my everyday situations, and it helps with my everyday decisions. You won't be disappointed with your clothes and the owner is very accommodating.

This was the worst tailoring experience I have ever had and the cost was a $180.00 They had my outfit for over 2 weeks, it was not done until the day before my nephews wedding. You always get a second fitting, the tailor was not even there when I picked the outfit up. I said to the guy behind the counter what if there's a problem. Well there was a problem, she had to piece material into the tank top and she pieced it in so high that it cuts into my underarms, I called and the guy said she won't be here until tomorrow at 10 i cant come tomorrow at 10. I gotta be at the wedding at two. Now I'm stuck wearing an outfit that will be totally uncomfortable and very poorly tailored you could just look at the stitching.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I was using another dry cleaner but once they closed I needed to find a new place. I walked into " Joy Cleaners" and met with one of the owners. He was a pleasure to speak with and I told him I'd be back with my dry cleaning. I have been there a few times now and I'm delighted with the service, quality, prices, and the quick turnaround. Both of the owners are so kind and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. They won't even throw you out if you happen to knock over a box that holds hundreds of buttons. If you wear clothes ( I assume most of you do) and you'd like them cleaned, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Tell them I sent you ( I'm the famous one with the big head of hair.)

To start off these people are very political. In my mind when you run a small business keep politics out. Anyway on a recent visit I had a pair of pants hemmed. Maybe an inch. The price was ridiculous and the lady in the front nasty. No way will I return and I will let every one I know how bad this joint is
