“The store is amazing they have the best of everything there. I ordered custom shower doors and the manufacturer made a mistake. Flora and décor normally won't take them back. The manufacturer was being very difficult and natalie, The front end manager helped me big time! She made a very difficult process extremely easy. She stood by me the whole way and ordered me the correct doors. Natalie is an asset to floor and decor to the point that I would make her a store manager for me tomorrow! I don't normally take the time to post a review but Natalie is worth more than I can thank her. This was the best store experience I have had anywhere ever. Thank you so much. “Grace and Will did a great job on our Granite Counter tops. We had visited a few other places but my wife was sold once she spoke to Grace. She was very knowledgeable and their price was right on target or lower then other companies. Grace made sure we were happy with our choice and called several times to review the plans.
