“The staff was so helpful. I was sending a package to my son in Buffalo and couldn’t be sure if anyone would be home when the package arrived. I didn’t want the package to get wet or stolen while on the front porch. The associate who helped me explained that I could send to a UPS Store in Buffalo and suggested I call the Buffalo store to make sure that they would be able to receive the package and have my son pick it up for a small fee.”
“This UPS store is the best! I was having trouble with my phone and couldn't get my return label printed, and the owner really worked with me so that she could print it out for me and I could return my Amazon package. The owner was so nice to do what she did! I am always using this store, and I can highly recommend their services! Five Stars to all the crew as well!Thank you!”
