Instead, the team was honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly by diagnosing it as a couple loose steering drag link bolts that just needed tightening. They also took care of an oil change, and my total bill was only $141. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that is this trustworthy and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. “The gentleman at the front desk was exactly that. A gentleman. My car failed inspection down the block and I was being charged over $600 for two tires. I called this location, which was down the block from the initial shop I took my car to. He scheduled me with no problem and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was able to bring my car back to the original shop and pass inspection. He definitely does right by his customers and I really appreciated his level of communication throughout the entire process.”
