Returned a package from amazon in the original package and was charged $9.20 in ups for another box. Beyond ridiculous when i selected the free option to return, never did i pay for a box

I had two items to return to Amazon. I put it through for UPS for both however one ended up going for UPS and one for the Whole Foods Amazon counter, which is OK even though I didn’t want that that’s the way what however when I went to the UPS store, the young man behind the counter swore up and down to me that they were both going to whole Foods Amazon counter even when I pointed out that the label said UPS on one of them he did not process it. I went to another UPS location in Lake Grove and it was no problem. They sent it right on through. They should learn to do their job better because it cost customers time and money to go around doing this nonsense when they could’ve easily handled it if they would’ve just paid attention.

I went to drop off a package the merchant said ups would package and ship. When I arrived at the store, I was told I had to pay for tape. When I said the merchant did not inform me of that. I was told by the manager Samir he wasn't running a charity. Needless to say I will never go back to this ups and unless your willing to pay for what was supposed to be a free shipped product you shouldn't either

Both employees were very helpful. They assisted me in printing a return service label and suggested the least expensive packaging for my shipment.

Multiple times now I've shown up to a closed store prior to 7pm. I work until 6 so when I'm rushing to barely make it by 6:45 for the store to be closed is extraordinarily inconvenient.
I had a package that needed to go out today and at 6:47pm the cage was closed and the two employees just looked at me when I walked to the door.
I'll be going to Patchogue from here out.

Supposed to open at 8:30. Someone got there at 8:36. Took an another few minutes to open. Watched five or six people drive up then leave.

What I found out trying to ship a package, i always buy my own labels when shipping, always directly from the shipper. I was gonna buy a label, for a package, it was 18.93 with signature request. I thought I’d buy it directly from the ups store because I wanted to get a package or box that says UPS. I get there I ask for a UPS package, they are trying to sell me packages. I said no, you know the free ups packages. They have none there. Then it made sense, they never have them because they are free. So I was gonna ship it anyway, for the same service I looked up before, they want $57.35!!! How did it more than double!?! That is crazy! I will continue to go to the actual UPS location to get free packages, and buy my labels directly from them. Only upside about this place, the people that work the counter, they are nice.
