Holbrook post office worker Diana went above and beyond to help us renew our passports! She was the only one working and made sure everyone got served in a timely manner! All the while smiling and being pleasant!

Today, I called with a question. The gentleman was very helpful and a Red Sox fan. 5 stars!

Office was busy, but it went very fast. There were 2 windows open at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. Which is a plus. They both were very friendly and welcoming. Another gentleman came out from the back door to offer assistance people. He was very professional and appeared to be a supervisor or maybe the Post Master.
