“Recently had a package sent to the wrong address made out by the postal worker. Individual went in limited English and gave the address needed to be sent to and the worker filled out the address completely wrong. Left out a digit on the address. I tracked down the location were it was delivered confronted the person and they said they sent it back to the sender. Still no package anywhere. Piss poor service. Updated 3/20/21, Postal Sup at local post office went above and beyond to help me with the situation. Many thanks for reaching out to track this package down and recover. Very much appreciated”
“I lost my tracking number and was so desperate to find a package that I had sent and hadn’t been delivered! I was so worried and SURE that there would be nothing they could do, but I called and Brian worked so hard to find it for me and eventually did! Amazing customer service. My only complaint about the office is once when I went in there, the employees were not wearing masks”
“I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.”

She patiently answered all my questions and even helped me distinguish between the passport card and the passport book so that I could make an informed decision.
