“I was at the Springville Post Office today for my passport, and I couldn't be more pleased with how effortless their post-master, Terrie, made the experience.
She patiently answered all my questions and even helped me distinguish between the passport card and the passport book so that I could make an informed decision. She explained what each fee was for and even explained when I could expect to receive my documents. Terrie was professional, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond for me today. Thank you so much!!”
“I wish I knew the name of the postal lady working at this location today at 930am. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got the best price for sending my package in NY. She explained how the package pricing worked and gave me a couple boxes to take home. I appreciated her kindness and care. She should get a raise.”

“Someone please give Krista at this Post Office, a raise! We had trouble with our scheduled passport appointment yesterday and she was so kind, patient and helpful. She was able to get it sorted out while assisting other customers. Her multitasking abilities coupled with her incredibly warm and kind personality make her a perfect fit for public work. “I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.”

“There hours are so convenient for me. I travel through Holland to work on 2nd shift. ( I start at 1pm. Very easy to seeing but there. Friendly service.
My mother in law lives in Holland. Loves her carrier. With their schedule of Drs appointments etc often they aren't home. Packages are always left by garage put of weather. Very thankful to their carrier. Wagner Rd area. ”
