“Brian and the team provided excellence service for my '17 Dodge Ram exhaust manifold leak. Brian took on the job despite having to deal with my extended warranty service company. This requires lots of phone calls, patience and wait times to speak with Representatives. The job was taken care of at a fair cost, with very clear transparency of the work that needed to be done and pre-approval. I would highly recommend this shop.”
“I have been doing business with the owner, Mike, and it was always a pleasure going there and he would walk me thru the wherehouse. Great tires, great prices and excellent service!”
“Great guys and super knowledgeable and good mechanics. It's been a long time since I've had a reliable great mechanic. Finding one is like finding treasure. They do spec alignments and good inspections. Nice enough to work on my Modded Mx5.”
“I needed a full brake replacement for normal wear and tear, and everyone there was super nice and very accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up at the end of the day. With a coupon, they were able to get me a discount on the price as well. I've brought my cars to this Goodyear for many years, and will continue to do so.”
“They beat everyone's prices plus they're actually from you know Wyoming county.. hell the freaking USA.... local economy! sheep's be all shopping online and go to Walmart and home Depot spend the dime to save a nickel bottom line place is the real deal the staff is excellent and hella nice tires on my nice ride Tuesday off the Adirondacks y'all keep the faith now JB Viv and Ro”
“I recently ran over a pin that got logged into my rear tire. I was able to get my truck in fast, browse and pick specific tires to my liking. The customer service and job was executed perfectly. I will forever trust them with my truck. Good business”
“I had some tires that I needed mounted on my Mustang aluminum wheels but was having trouble finding a shop that could do this. I have had damaged wheels in other shops and wanted to avoid this issue with these wheels as they are like new. I have purchased tires from UTZ in the past and just had them mount tires for me in the past and they have always done a great job. I decided to give them a call for this challenge and they said bring them in for a look which I did. They determined that their equipment would work to remove my old tires and install the new ones. I dropped my tires and wheels off at the end of their day and early the next morning I got a call that they were all done. The tech I worked with was confident that there wouldn't be any issues and there wasn't. It's been a while since I have used UTZ services and I saw some negative reviews which is always concerning . Some reviews have stated poor work and grumpy people in the office, I witnessed none of the above. EVERYONE at the shop was very helpful friendly and eager to help me out with my concerns! The environment I experienced at their shop was as it has ALWAYS been in the past when I visited the business. I had a great experience with my latest tire installation just like I have always had in the past. If you have wheels that need care used so they don't get damaged speak with these guys and explain your concerns. They will listen and do their best to avoid any problems. I can't say enough about the tech that did my work as I can't even tell that there was a tire machine used on my wheels. All work was done on a very professional level. I was even able to speak with the owner and he seems just as pleasant as ever to deal with. I will defiantly be using this shop in the future as they still take pride in their work! NICE JOB guys keep up the good work and I very much appreciate how you took care of my concerns and my wheels.”
“Roadside assistance towed us to Automotive Alley after a breakdown. They provided great service, gave us an affordable repair solution and got us safely back on the road soon. We highly recommend them.”
“Had an unexpectedly great experience with both my company and personal vehicle. Everyone seems to be new. Charles N., the new manager, is a real stand up guy and provided me with a honest, comfortable experience.”
“Just after Christmas while traveling what we thought would be THROUGH Arcade, we got a flat tire. Pulled into Martin Chevrolet and they were very accommodating, efficient, helpful and reasonable! Thank you so much for helping us and our 3 pups get safely back on the road!!”
