There hours are so convenient for me. I travel through Holland to work on 2nd shift. ( I start at 1pm. Very easy to seeing but there. Friendly service.
My mother in law lives in Holland. Loves her carrier. With their schedule of Drs appointments etc often they aren't home. Packages are always left by garage put of weather. Very thankful to their carrier. Wagner Rd area.

Constantly have to go to post office for my packages, mail carrier refusing to pull in driveway to deliver and more then half the time I dont get a slip in mailbox letting me know there's a package, have to always check my order status. I do have plenty of room for mail truck to turn around in my driveway.

Five houses on my street and we regularly get each other's mail. Mail carrier also won't even bother to load up Amazon packages to delivery and I automatically get the notice that I have to pick it up myself. She'll leave other packages in my flower bed next to my mailbox instead of driving it to my porch.The big bottomed lady in the office itself is as nasty as can be and will yell at you for any possible reason.

Too bad you can't leave zero stars.Our mail delivery, as others have stated is inconsistent. all winter long, any package that won't fit in the mailbox needs to be picked up at the post office. In the summer, maybe they'll drop it at the front door.It's pretty frustrating, but typical work ethics for government employees.

I've never had such inconsistent mail delivery service until moving to Holland... missing mail, attempts to not deliver packages. You call and get excuses stating the informed delivery isn't of mail delivered for the day they emailed you for...yet everything the email states is due to be delivered for that day is correct. Lost my pistol permit, and ticket to pick up a recently purchased fire arm.

I like this Post Office because it doesn't ever seem to be overcrowded. I'm giving leeway for Holidays of course because all Post Offices are more crowded then. I've never been there during Holidays. Staff is very helpful and when I brought a package in on one occasion they re-taped part of it for me without me having to buy extra tape. Very nice of them. It's conveniently located for all residents of Holland and Wales. Nice atmosphere.

The Holland Post Office offers the most inconsistent and lazy service I have ever experienced from any USPS location. Inconsistent mail drop off times. Some days they don’t deliver mail at all. Numerous times I’ve received notes saying, “We were unable to access your mail delivery location.” Considering I received these notices in the summer time, with absolutely no obstruction to my mailbox or stoop, I find it hard to believe there was an “obstruction” that prevented my mail being delivered. The mail person is lazy, plain and simple.

Why is it that post carrier looks for reasons to not deliver my mail? It's like she uses the postal creed as a checklist to keep my mail. "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" . My favorite is when I get a note in the mailbox telling me my mail could not be delivered due to snow, What?? just put my mail with the damn note...or, "package too big for mailbox", pick up at post office. What about the six other options on the note? Left at front porch, behind storm door, with neighbor? Oh wait, that would require doing something different. From now on I request packages do not ship USPS
