Impossible to get through the phone system to talk to a live person. Horrible system it shoupd be completely revised... or trashed. Absolutely awful. The automated service is a disaster.

Impossible to get through the phone system to talk to a live person. Tried three times and automated system hung up on me each time. Horrible customer service!!
