Impossible to get through the phone system to talk to a live person. Horrible system it shoupd be completely revised... or trashed. Absolutely awful. The automated service is a disaster.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff was condescending and unhelpful. Services that are listed as available at this location on the website were unavailable.

This place is worthless. My business is open weekdays 8-5 and 8-4 on Saturdays and by 9 am they have a notice stating they were unable to complete delivery because we are closed. This has happened for months. We are a retail business, so there is most definitely someone here. I've updated delivery instructions on our FedEx profile months ago to let them know to deliver on Saturdays, but apparently nobody reads that either. I've called the 800 number for this problem multiple times and they are also worthless. They can't contact the local building or give some excuse that they don't even see where an attempt was made to deliver, but tell me it will be delivered the next business day. My opinion, we are 40 miles from there building (not my problem) and the driver is too lazy to drive to us if they don't have another delivery in the area. Most times my shipments aren't that critical that I need them on Saturday, but sometimes they are and I get tired of people not doing their jobs and then lying about why the delivery didn't happen. If I didn't want Saturday delivery, I'd use UPS. Which I may request all my shipments from now on are delivered by UPS. They're more reliable.

You guys having major problems!!! A pharmacy sent me a lidocaine topical crème via mail Per request by my doctor. Somebody put a hole in The box to look inside and to feel what was in the compartment. This hole was sized slightly bigger than a finger in order to feel around and most definitely not caused by anything else but by a person. What the hell gives anyone the right to invade someone's privacy like that? The next time it happens, because this is the second time, I AM all about three strikes. I will and I promise to seek legal recourse because this company does not have that right to find out what's inside someone's package. Do you understand me? Try it again and find out what happens! I have all the time in the world!!!

Couple weeks ago a package was left in the pouring rain. By the road. Against the mailbox. Luckily my wife found it. Yesterday another shipment was delivered. Never found. 3 overhangs on the house and garage and they leave them where? Assuming by the mailbox again. Instructions are clear. Leave under the garage overhang. Terrible service from Horseheads NY facility.

Just got an update that the driver said I wasn't home to accept delivery. I am literally home. Fed Ex continuously is the worst experience no matter what the shipment is.

My package has been sitting in Horseheads for over a week with no expected delivery. I contacted fed ex and said they'd have this location call me same day. Heard nothing. Disappointed!

Multiple deliveries left at the end of the driveway, in the snow, at a neighbor's house, and most recently at the end of a driveway to an apple orchard. How hard is it? Worse, they report to Amazon that they delivered it to my front porch.

Same issue again with this FedEx location. Package arrives at this facility and it disappears! My package arrived at this facility on a Monday it is now Friday and my package has still not been delivered. The scheduled delivery date has gone by and now the tracking does not have a delivery date. This has happened so many times. We stopped our misfit food delivery because the food would sit at this facility until it was rotten. If anyone has a phone number for this facility please share. I am to the point that I will stop buying from online retailers that use FedEx to ship their products.

your package will sit at this facility 100% of the time sometimes for weeks. I've had packages ship across the entire United States in 4 days only to sit at this facility for over a week. Thousands of dollars in damaged product. Contact customer service and if your lucky they'll tell you they will submit an inquiry with this location and call you back. You will never receive a call back. So many people are let down by this delivery site I just have no idea how they are even open! Speak up people because fedex customer service will do absolutely nothing. This has been happening since before covid as well so it's nothing new!

Mismanagement at Horseheads NY Fedex. Have had two packages from two senders drop off tracking completely and promised delivery dates are long gone. First one was due to 'many people calling in sick' which caused the back up. I was told they could hold it and I could drive there myself and pick it up! In these days of home delivery they should have a better way to get deliveries to their destinations. Now I have to wait 48 hours for an 'investigation'

bunch of low life's work there can't read can't drive and don't want to work when they do work they brake your items or loose them not once every time when its out for delivery it don't count on it ever this company will cost you money do not use it !!

If I could give this location a 1/2 star, I would. Two months in a row I have waited for a package delivery on Saturday and then as we reach the 3:00 hour, I get an email saying they were unable to deliver and will deliver on Tuesday. Then I sat here all day Tuesday because the package needed a signature, and about 3:00 I got an email saying that they had tried to deliver but no one was home! No one knocked on the door, no one left a tag saying they'd tried to deliver. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Run away.....use some one else but not these guys!
