He was very kind and patient with me (which was appreciated because I knew/know NOTHING about cars, so when he was asking questions about the vehicle to ensure safety and protocal was followed, I couldn't immedietly give him answers and he never once made me feel inadaquate or ignorant. I really can't say enough great things about him. The tow truck was nice and warm (much appreciated on a January night in New York!) for me to wait in while he got the vehicle loaded up!
