Not even a screw ill purchase from this place...I don't know what the cashier thinks, but acted like she's running a big franchised multi trillion dollar organization. I took a picture of a bulb that I needed for my apt... I asked the guy that was sitting, and he couldn't make out the numbers from the picture, so he asked the cashier...don't know if she's the owner, but there is a reason people are in the position in life, if there were any higher....they would spit on people on the streets. The guy asked her if she could put her glasses on to see if she could see the numbers of the picture with the bulb. She then tells him, "Why do I have to put my glasses on? Then, she looks at me as if im some mendicant on the street....He doesn't know what he wants." I said nah nah nah, gimme my phone, you can keep your stinking bulb....not with that attitude... I don't know if she's knows the concept of a business and how her business or (A) business stays standing.....well, in case you didn't know... customers who support you....keeps u standing. What? She thinks it is a monopoly? That she's the only hardware? She's indian....but you know she's ain't talking to no OTHER folks like that.... dont try that with me... BBB will deal with this issue....REPORTED... if a customer doesn't know....and you have the expertise in helping a customer by looking at the numbers on the picture....what's the issue....nah she wants to be Ms Important ?....well I showed u how important you are....nah nah nah gimme my damn phone....

Great customer service! We were looking for paint colors and the store owner gave us suggestions and helped us with everything we needed. He even gave great painting tips and stayed open late for us until we got everything we needed.

I came here to buy the elusive Rust-oleum Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit because the kit I got from Home Depot had leaked a bit in the jar A. They charged $10 more than Home Depot ($40 vs $30), and I thought: OK fine, if it’s a good kit it’s worth it. Not only did it still have the same leakage problem, it was a really old opened batch that is completely unusable. If you look at the photo, the one on the left is the one I got, which is a discolored murky yellow, and the one on the right (bright white) is from Home Depot. The box said white. Also it was clearly opened in the past because the bracket that keeps the lid shut was missing. I’m upset because I even called before making the trek out to pick this up, and they had it waiting for me at the cash register. I honestly wouldn’t have known unless I had the other kit. Since they are a specialty paint shop, they should know how to properly store paint cans and seal opened cans (and if they resell used products it should be at a discount if anything). Also from my previous phone call to them, I know this kit turns over inventory in their store pretty quickly (aka frequently sells out) so I’m not sure why they gave me this bad egg. All in all, that plus the communication issues on the phone and the bad store organization (I went in circles looking for the kit before I finally asked a staff, and they said it was waiting for me up at the cashier), leads me to strongly suggest purchasing this product elsewhere.
