The overnight attendant allows people to park there and play loud music and have parties during the night at very late hours. This happens few times per week, tried calling them but they do not answer.

I WANT TO KNOW WHO THE MANAGER IS BECAUSE AT 7:30 AM THE ATTENDANT HAS THE DOOR LOCKED. IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME OVERNIGHT ATTENDANT THAT DOES THIS.
