Vann and Jonathan were very helpful. I appreciate the extra steps Vann took to meet our request for a zero interest savings account. They were incredibly courteous and professional and I can’t stress how appreciative that made us feel.

The new security guard who is there during the day is really rude the previous ones were great, this new guy shouldn’t be working there, he was sticking up his middle finger at customers in an attempt to impress a woman if they checked the cameras they would see it… it’s not the first time I’ve seen him be rude to customers but these were young girls management should look into it

The cameras in front of the casheers can record your PIN code because they are focused on the machine where you put the card

I just went to the bank over here they have a black security was so rude when I walk in and out I didn't feel comfortable and they have to many people asking for money don't go to this back if you want to get teated bad

Really bad employees look don’t care about us. I was waiting for 1 and half hour to make a student account. When was my turn one bank tailor put one lady and I have wait more. Only one customer service was there

One of the guys that works there is friendly but I think he misunderstood my issue regarding my account and now my issue became more of an inconvenience rather than solving it. I went there the next day to speak with another representative to fix this mistake, but she couldn’t but advised me how to fix it on another day (Totally fine, I understand). However in between conversation, she diverted my urgent issue into advising me to do something else with my account, which was not my concern/issue at that moment. She was kind of rude, flexing that she worked there for 30 years, and while I think that’s a great achievement and she’s establishing her knowledgeable credibility, she was not considerate enough with my issue. Thanks for the helpful advice but I think she could’ve been nicer.Also what I found kind of ridiculous: She told me when coming in to sit and speak with a representative, I need to come in 1 hour before they close. Like what? Your hours are 9-5 Weekdays, 9-2 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. Personally it is a tight schedule for myself when I’m busy with work and school. I can barely make it in a couple minutes before 5, and I’m grateful when I got to. If you have a customer coming in at 4:59, it’s your responsibility to take care of them. Imagine you had an urgent matter/emergency like going to the pharmacy to get medicine… they close at 10:00pm and you show up at 9:55pm… I’m sure you’d want to have your urgent matter taken care of. Same thing! 5:00pm/2:00pm is pretty early for closing time and while I understand you have matters outside of your job, it’s your responsibility to do your job regardless while you’re there.

Rude customer service, I have an account, and my mortgage at chase. Hispanic male working at the window on 9/22/22, @ aproximately 11: 15 AM claiming to be the Bank manager; was very arrogant in giving out existing customers coin change. He need to keep his personal problems at home.

Been their ATM to take out some cash. They always have someone on their door who asks for money. Inside the booth it’s dirty and smells bad.

Really embarrassing. I have went to this bank for about a year. Usually Jared helps me when I am there, and I have only had good experiences with him. The other workers there are rude and careless. I called to open an account and the woman who picked up pretended like she could not hear me and hung up within 2 seconds. When I called back nobody picked up.

Great location for this Chase Bank. Convenient and easy to locate. Bankers inside are very friendly too.

Wish I could give less than one star. AVOID this bank. Chase has been amazing to me the company itself but this branch is the absolute worse. The customer service of the bankers is so horrible it seems you are a chore to them and you are wasting their time. They all hate their jobs. I am unsure why they even do it. They treat you like you are dirt poor and uneducated. I went to ask questions and find out more information and was told to go research and learn on my own.... is that not why YOU went to school or learnt to be a banker, to answer and help people who does not know. All I’m saying this branch should be closed down. Truly ruined my entire day just now

This bank Is not for bussiness it's for employee themselves. That's not good.
