I went in at 750pm and the clerks refused me entry even though it clearly states they close at 8pm. Why do you have these irresponsible and disrespectful employees working for your company. I want to know what will be done to resolve this matter.

This is the second time I’ve been here and both times the “will return” sign has been up at different hours of the day. First time they were gone for half an hour over than they posted. Second time, the sign was posted for over an hour from the time I arrived. There is literally no point in going here. Don’t waste your time.

This is the second out of my two visits this happened. Last time I placed an order for pickup that I needed urgently and had to spam the phone in the store for someone to eventually pick up even 20 minutes after the posted “will return” sign and they said they were all taking a lunch break. I don’t care if they need a break since everyone’s gotta eat but at least let one person watch the register. This time they posted that they’re gonna be gone for almost 90 minutes?? Definitely the last time I’m coming to this location since I have 0 clue if they would even be open in the middle of the day.

It was my first time there. The place is super clean. I was greeted with no pressure. I asked for what I wanted and was shown the different brands in that category and she took the time out to explain why they are different. Check this place out.
