I signed into the online system to open a checking account. A man standing behind me in line skipped me and i spoke up about it while they still continued to service him. what’s the point of checking into a queue if it’s not going to be followed. Wait times are too long.

Worst. Too much waiting time and also they brake the line too. I never give any bad reviews to anywhere. But there I do it only for their foolish line maintenance. Very poor.

The 1 good review is highly suspect. Only 4 reviews for that account. All of them are very brief and all 5-star. Sounds bogus - passably paid for? Not sure there's been a CS rep there named Christian.... I do want to say that Patrice, the branch manager is an absolute delight. She's kind and courteous even under the most hectic circumstances. She's intelligent, competent and always wonderful to work with. But that is where the positive aspect of this branch ends. This place is more crowded and slower-moving than the DMV. If you have to go there, pack 2 bottles of water and lunch! This is no joke. They have WiFi that customers can use. When you log in, it logs you out after an hour. Whenever I go there, I find myself logging in 3 times. That means I've been logged out after an hour, logged back in, logged out after another hour..... That means every visit is over 2 hours! This is a very busy branch. Lots of folks from the neighborhood. I think there are a lot of local, small businesses that bank there. It's hectic. I've been hearing "we're short staffed today" for nearly 14 years! When is TD going to give this branch a larger budget for staff? If Chase opened a branch across the street, this TD would shut down in under 6 months. I know this TD has lost out on a ton of business from me because it was better to go further and even accept lower interest at another bank than to spend 3 hours to open a CD here. And I'm sure I'm not alone! TD policies are ridiculous. Every account opening is treated like they've never met you before. If I open a business CD, I have to spend an hour being grilled about the business. I start with "it hasn't changed since I answered the same questions when I opened one last month!". But it doesn't help. One rep told me it was because SHE was new to the branch and had to get to know my info. Huh? I've been with the bank for 20 years (going back to when it was Commerce) and despite them knowing what color car my grandfather drove, I have to accommodate a new rep rather than the bank accommodating me? And these are CDs. They expire after a few months! They shouldn't have to be treated like a brand new relationship every time! And of course it's adding insult to injury when that ridiculously lengthy process comes after 2 hours of waiting! This branch is conveniently located for me. But it is the most consistently awful banking experience I've ever had. As the CDs mature, I will be moving the funds elsewhere.

I went to withdraw money, I was refused to get the money as they don’t have it! Later she said she has more than half of what I asked for but will be in all changes not in hundreds! Imagine your money you can’t decide when you want and how you want. But they decide. I told her I am flying next day need the cash in hundreds! Manager Tara Sukhan denied with a Racist attitude! Location is 188 hillside Avenue. I looked for a manager and then she came as yes I am the manager and we don’t have the money! Why I didn’t call before coming to withdraw that amount? Hell yeah we call and people from that branch never pick up NEVER! That’s how they do freaking banking ? Back in the days banker used to be nice but now a days they are racist as hell! Next time I will take a picture of you and then post with the reviews! Cheap bank refuses to give customers money and doesn’t have enough money! They fail to announce their rules on their websites but can make instantly when you face them! TD bank ? is the most conveniently Poor bank! Thats why employees are like this with poor behavior.

I'm a member of TD Bank. I went yesterday in person to take out a credit line for my small business. I spoke with the agent briefly, and she told me the person who does the loan was in a meeting and I would get a call from him to set up appointment ? I never received a call back. Very incompetent! making me look down poorly of this agent and the Whole Bank itself. You have to keep your word and return calls. TD Bank, you need to provide more customer service training to your workers. I see a lot of lack in this bank.

The reviews are correct. Sloppy, slow, and the wait i them in insane. I’m changing banks after this. Waited 1 1/2 hour to get a replacement card..

This location is absolutely irritating!! You come in after hours and the card reader doesn't recognize your card(brand new btw) along with only one of the THREE ATM machines work(including the driver-thru). You have to go to a different location to even do deposits of any sort? I would recommend the Queens Blvd location over this one.

VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! I WALKED IN DURING THE PEAK AND BUSY HOUR AND THE YOUNG LADY (PATRICE THOMPSON) WAS CALM, COOL & COLECTED (CCC), AND PROVIDED VERY WARM, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I'M GLAD AND HAPPY TO BANK AT THIS LOCATION. DIFENTLY RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH.

I frequent that TD Bank location @ 18810 Hillside Ave. as an account holder, and also because the company that I work for, and also have an account with TD Bank. I must say, The Branch manager Patrice is doing a great job with her staff. Teller manager; Tara Sukhan, is always going out of her way to make sure all customers are treated like movie stars. From the young at heart, to the elderly. I know they can't satisfy everyone. In my opinion they get five stars.
