If your an Amazon customer and do returns GO TO A UPS DISTRIBUTION CENTER instead. This UPS location is franchise owned and they upsell services to make a profit. Disappointed on 3 separate occasions when trying to make returns and I have to purchase a box from them to make a return. Yes all packages being returned met Amazon return policy. I do not recommend this location.

Where do I start ..first off the staff is super slow to acknowledge you when you walk in. This store is super dirty and acting manager edwardo was no help after I was unfairly treated by another employee ayanna who instead of showing some courtesy and explaining why I have to pay $3 dollars for them to put a 6 inch piece of tape on a package that was double boxed, spoke to me the customer in a demeaning manner and told me that I have other options than to support this store that I have being using for years. Stay away from this store do yourself a favor.

The older lady in there is rude. My first encounter I brought a package in a bag it was brought to me in. She stated she couldn't take it because of the plastic bag. Meanwhile the customer she took before me, had no bag at all and she placed his package in the same bag that I had. Now today, There was a line out the door. She left the man by himself to take the customers. Then, when it was my turn and he was busy doing something else. she was walking around touching things like she was doing something.

I’ve never seen employees work so slow. If time matters to you, don’t visit this location. Worst. They take maybe 10-15 min per person.

Worst store. Always low staffing & at the busiest of times. The workers don’t even try to move faster. 17 people waiting… but only 2 people working?

The store is generally busy in the afternoon but I must say that Fayan and the team had the line moving really quickly. On Monday after the team was organized, pleasant and quite professional. It is the first time I'm seeing workers enjoy their job. Great going guys.

Oh my goodness.Nice gentleman serving us, unfortunately missed the mark on service.I'd trade kindness for service in this situation. Less jokes, more work. Spoke low and mumbled alot. Lax attitude with lil concern for customers. Appeared more interested in looking competent.Notary public slow service although I was the only customer needing notary service and one of few customers there. Should've took 10 min max, felt like 45. I don't think I'm coming back here. It was like pulling teeth.This place needs to focus on quick and accurate service. Only 1 dude hustling . Rest need to pick up the pace.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU WANT TO BE DISMISSED AND WATCH WORKERS TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME WHILE YOU'RE TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS THEN BE MY GUEST.This goes for the Merrick and 229th street location also. But at least on Merrick they try and be a lil courteous. They just move slow.People who have their items in a box with a label already should not have to wait in line with everyone else! All other locations except for these 2 understand this!

Very expensive!I only go here for emergencies. I see the same lady every time, I don't know her name - she's polite, and I like her.I only experienced the line being long once - I mean out the door. However, in passing I see there sometimes can be a long line, so bring your grace, and don't be a Karen.

I was trying to return a package that was sent to me in error. I was misinformed by Amazon about a label and was trying to explain the situation to an older lady at the register. She was very rude and got loud with me instead of listening to try to help. She needs to learn how to treat customers with respect. There was a gentleman there who took the time to listen and explain things while she was trying to rush me off the line. I have been going to this store for quite some time and usually have a pleasant experience. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated today.

Unwelcoming. Rude. Unfriendly. Terrible customer service long wait. Avoid if possible
