This place is so bad . Only one staff member is working. She is so rude with me because i have more parcels , not even realizing what she is speaking to me ! This usps location has no good staff . Atleast trained them properly or hire more staff

I think this Post Office in Queens offers the best service. The staff is courteous and go above and beyond to make sure your paper work is in order. I had to go there a few times and I was impressed with their service.. I have sent a few people there and they were also impressed with the services. Great job ladies 👍👍😊

This has been my go-to post office for over 20 years, in large part due to Cheryl. Many other postal clerks fail to explain things like why certain forms are needed or they claim that they cannot scan prepaid items. Cheryl always goes above and beyond proving that exceptional service is still possible. I applaud her and hope the postal service adds more people like her to their staff. A++

This is honestly the best USPS location, I've only shipped mail from here a couple of times and It's been a smooth and easy transition. The employees are extremely nice and guiding and if there's something that may be wrong with a label or a box they'll point you in the right direction. Don't mind the low reviews as these guys are the nicest and most professional there is.

Lady is a racist. She only helps African American, if you different race then you are in trouble. She will make your life hell. She is very unfriendly, unprofessional and very rude. I felt I was discriminated there as an Asian

This Post Office is my post office of choice. Nine times out of ten, the service is quick, efficient and friendly due, in large part, to Cheryl who has been taking care of customers for years. She is friendly, offers tips on the best way to mail whatever it is you have, yet she doesn't spend too much time chitchatting while other customers wait. They always have a wide array of stamps and mail seems to get delivered faster from this P.O. than many others in the area. The one cavaet is that parking is limited. Also, the mailboxes outside had some kind of sticky material and I know of one card I mailed that never got to the person to whom I sent it. Always take your mail inside.

My experience was great!!! Ms.Katie was so sweet and helpful. Came in around 2:30PM and had about 5 people in front of me, the line move quick and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Highly recommend this post office.

I have been shipping all of my mail from this location for years and it is always an excellent experience. The staff is always attentive, helpful, and most of all patient.I do not have the most experience when it comes to mailing but they've always taken their time to make sure I understand, get the best deals, and package items correctly. They never disappoint!

Love the friendly faces of this USPS. They truly know all the locals and greet them nicely. There are times they are slow because they are usually 1-2 of them working the whole place. But I can reassure you no matter what happens they will serve you and help you the best they possibly can. Slow service but 9/10 times they will do you right and help you out. Would always go to this post office before even going anywhere else.

Cheryl is great, I was there this morning, she was very helpful, very kind. Excellent customer service, GIVE HER A RAISE! Been to this location twice in the am, no long lines, in & out.
