Worse place to to go make an appointment for new passport 2 weeks in advance and the day we got there clerk said we not doing any passport service you will need to come back in 3 weeks I mean seriously no email no message nothing to notify I wish I can put 0

I went to an appointment for my passport and I don't understand why they ask for an email and phone number if they are not going to notify that they will not be able to make the appointment. When I arrived I told the girl that I had an appointment to get my passport and she told me that the guy who does that job is not here and that I have to reschedule another appointment and now I have to wait 1 month to be able to make my appointment because I have to do it online and they wasted my time.

Worst post office. Every passport appointment I schedule, they tell me the lady called out. They don’t give you a heads up at all. Stupid system with stupid workers!

We show up to our scheduled appointment this afternoon to be told the person that does the passports called out this morning. What's the point of asking for the email and phone number customers are not notified the appointment is cancelled!!! Waste of time 😡😤 Now we have to wait another month for an appointment that works with our schedule! Life happens we know, but the communication is poor here!

The attention is too bad, the workers treat you badly, I went to get a passport and the truth is I had to leave there, I will have to go to another office.
I am paying for a service, they are not giving it to me for free.

They are so lazy they give us 12:15 pm when I go there at 12 they said the person go for lunch she take more than 1 hour just for a break they are irresponsible and unprofessional and my 1st and last vist and please do go bcz they just waste your time.
