I have many pieces of equiptment and trucks, so far ive brought HO PENN a dump truck with C15 in which they diagnosed and repaired oil cooler and engine fan which was causing an issue with the engine break. Happy with the timeline i have recieved, they were able to take the truck and look at it a couple of days later, and then they are in the process of repairing it. They have been easy to deal with up to this point and thats what i look for when spending money to have a repair done THE RIGHT WAY! When it comes from this shop its done once and done right from what I’ve experienced and heard from all my friends. the staff that is in this parts office is the worst they are useless a guy named Joseph is the worst very badly he treats the clients the truth I do not recommend this place optube a very bad service on the part of this person

This people are racist, and don’t know the first thing about loading Equipment.
They are the worst dealer we have ever dealt with. We’ll be sure to they fire the personal who missed treated our drivers.
