“Great standard service! They are very courteous with communication & will also do the right service - something that not all mechanics do. I came in thinking I needed ball joints serviced, with parts, but they were able to pivot quickly when they noticed a wheel bearing was going out, rush ordered the part & charged half as much as I would expect elsewhere.
Only slight dissatisfaction is the time it took to make a diagnostic being a little long (under special staffing circumstances, so it's somewhat forgivable) & a previous visit where I was initially quoted for body panels as if they were new (very $$$ though it surely looks great), so collision customers may benefit from bringing their own parts/looking up pick-n-pull parts online if they can spare it.”

“They are great bunch of guys. I ordered the parts online. They arrived in the morning as promised. I had started the repair later that day and realized I had ordered the wrong rotors. It was 45 mins. before closing I called to see if they had the right ones in stock. They figured out what I really needed. I explained I had no car. They got the right parts to me in 20 mins. I was over joyed. I feel they went above and beyond for me. I was able to finish the repair that night. Thanks Paul and Mike for taking such good care of me. I have always received good service from the rest of the staff. For me NAPA is my first choice for auto parts. They also gave me a discount for being a AAA member.”

“Came here a while back ago to get windshield washer fluid a very nice employee was able to check to see if I was low on windshield washer fluid in my car or if it was just frozen. He recommended the one that works with ice. Overall really friendly employees would recommend.”

“I had new tiers put on in winston north carolina. I ask them to check the breaks. They told and they said my front breaks were great. 750 miles away from home we looked up Total auto care . I brought my car in after explaining to the young lady. She said yes we can fix them if you can get your car in here by 10am. I drop the camper with my wife out side it and drove two blocks down. She gave me a price over the phone. For the pads and routers. If I can give them a 100 stars I would. There very caring kind family own . Even bring in a bad mood. They made me smile and laugh. Made me feel a lot better. I also have to say out of town and in my case out of state they took great care of us. And went 500 mile to camp 3 weeks. Thank you all”
