Yesterday I went to take my cat Abby into the hospital as she was experiencing a form of incontinence. Not only did she receive over the top care, the staff are extremely friendly, very accommodating, and the atmosphere is superb. If you have a fur baby that has an issue that needs to be addressed, look no further then Honeoye Falls Veterinary Hospital! I couldn't be more thankful, grateful, ot appreciative of everyone there!

Dr Scoda and her entire team deserve kudos for compassionate, thorough and loving care for our dog who is battling a condition that will shorten her life. They balanced costs with treatment necessary to keep our dog’s quality of life as good as it can be. We cannot thank you all enough!

The Honeoye Falls staff -- with a major shoutout to Dr. Scoda -- is incredible. Several years ago, we found a mangey, skinny cat at a Mexican restaurant and decided to rescue him. Dr. Scoda helped us nurse him back to health and always had his best interest at heart; they treated him like their own. We continued to bring our cat, Queso, back for years until his recent passing from cancer. We will always remember the caring staff at Honeoye and are so grateful for all that they did and the compassion they showed us during stressful times. Thank you Dr. Scoda and team for all you did! We were in capable, caring hands every step of the way. Queso appreciated you too.

Dr. Scoda is literally the best. I was super busy and forgot something she explained and she explained it again to me. I think for the third time. She didn't complain or get frustrated with me at all. This vet office has been so good to my dogs over the years and I likely won't ever go anywhere else. Thank you for treating others animals as if they were your own.

$1350 in tests to find nothing, They did say I could come back tomorrow for a couple grand more of tests. I feel violated.

Incredible experience! I was very lucky they were accepting new patients and had a cancelled appointment so I could get my 11 year old Boston Terrier in for some serious health issues. They were so accommodating and helpful. The doctors and nurses explained everything really well and thoroughly so I didn't leave with any questions. They followed up with me that night and the next day. The care for your pet is definitely noticeable from their actions. Highly recommend!!

Very thorough and caring. They listen to your concerns and all my cats seem very relaxed when they are there. Everyone there is wonderful- from the receptionists to the Techs and Dr. Skoda. My new guy, Sniggy, was especially pleased with his care. They cared for my Alice, my little tuxedo cat and she is a completely new kitty since they did dental work for her! We couldn’t be more grateful

I took my cat here for her check up, and they told me that they were concerned about levels in her blood and she could have kidney disease, well the tests were taken by them, in 2022, and they only decided to tell me this at my next visit, over a year later. They then took bloodwork , and told me everything was fine despite a few small concerns. I moved out of state, and when my new vet saw her records from Honeoye Falls they realized she’s actually had a urinary disease this entire time. It’s beyond me that HFL did not tell me about either of these things. I am now spending an absurd amount of money on urinalysis and bloodwork when it all could’ve been avoided by them telling me about the urinary disease, which is treatable by special food. TWO separate instances of them having serious information about the health of my cat and withholding from me, absolutely do not trust them with your animal.

If I could give a lower review I would I have had nothing but problems with this place! No matter what treatment was done on my dog did absolutely nothing to help, if you actually want a vet that helps you and dosnt just take your money every couple weeks I’d strongly suggest going elsewhere! Worst vet I’ve ever had to deal with by far?

The staff is friendly, but they tend to up charge and guilt you into tests that are not needed

I have been going to H. Falls Vet through all of my kids. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful and pleasant. They offer a fun surrounding for our furry family. Henry doesn't mind going there. Always a plus.

Have taken all my pets to this vet for over 20 years. Unfortunately my favorite vets have all left. Very accommodating to get my cat seen today for a new foot injury. Julie was very kind and helpful. BUT the "walk in the door" charges not accounting for surgery or other procedures was to be $1165 - ! For charges including a bladder sono for a sterile urine collection, vaccinations, stool testing, complete blood cell count, a Chem 14 blood collection and many others. I asked if any of those extraneous tests could be done another time and was told "NO." I found this approach of "casting a large net and extensive baseline testing" to be offensive and inappropriate. At least in Human medicine one can be seen for a foot injury and get Xrays and treatment without bloodwork, bladder ultrasound, urethral catheterization ! fecal testing, vaccines, etc. Thank goodness.

The staff is so nice and caring. Dr. Hoguet took such good care of my cat; when I went to pick him up she was holding him in blankets so he would be warm. Next day received a check up call and later a get well card for Badger from the entire staff. What a wonderful experience from such a caring group.
