I Walked in yesterday at 5pm to schedule a hair appointment. I Waited in lobby for about 10 mins - no one came to greet me. I could hear people in the back talking - I waited to see if someone would come. I then walked back to my car. I decided to call and see if I could make an appointment - no answer. Thought I would give this place a chance since it's right here in town. I will be going somewhere else:)

Jennie is crazy good! My haircut is amazing! I've been three times so far and I'm so pleased! No need to "fix" anything! I'm a hairdresser and I'm super particular!

Jenny does the most amazing color that I have ever had I continually get compliments. Her place is clean and cozy with an amazing view of the falls. She also does a great job with my 3 girls as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible. went in, bringing photos of what I wanted. She asked if she could take "a few inches" off the length, and showed me with her fingers what looked like 3 1/2 inches. She took off 9 inches instead! (never told me!) Didn't let me see anything until she was entirely finished. I burst into tears. I'm literally crying in the chair, it looks so awful, and nothing remotely like what I asked for. She made no apologies or explanation. Messaged her right after, telling her how upset I was. No answer, no apology, no offer to fix it. NEVER going back to this place. EVER. STAY AWAY.

Cannot say enough great things about Jennie! I've struggled to find a hair stylist that fits my needs for YEARS. So happy I found Mane on Main! Jennie is hands down the best!

Never had an in person experience. Called one day to ask the salon if they used a certain highlighting technique and explained I was looking to possibly find a new salon. I asked for a call back (because I left a voicemail) to talk in person and left my phone number. Never received a call. Pretty unprofessional.

Nice enough, hair cut just ok. When I called to make another appointment, never got a return call after 3 messages left. So on to find a forever stylist. My old one moved out of state. No more chances
