“Excellent, friendly service and eager to help us out when we were in a bind. Our son slid off an icy road on New Year's Day into the woods and landed in a shallow creek. (He was fine, but the truck suffered a lot of damage.) Several tow places did not respond to the call from our insurance company, but Bald Hill was very agreeable to helping, and went the extra mile in taking care of our truck with plastic so no more water damage would occur. The bill was initially higher than what our insurance company would cover, but they were able to negotiate with the tow company to get it down to a level that they would cover. We are very thankful that we had a caring tow operator to help us out in this time of need. It made a bad situation a little bit better!”

“They did a fine job on a wheel bearing & tire mounting. Cost seemed in line with other shops. No biggie, but they're not big on calling to say it's done if you leave it. Seem quite busy. I'll be back.”
