“Everyone is absolutely WONDERFUL at the Hoosick Falls location. The only thing that my husband and I (and other members that we have spoken with) dislike, is that when we call the 686 HF phone number, you can NEVER speak to anyone that is actually in Hoosick Falls. They have claimed that they can't even transfer us to HF. They say that they have to email them and wait for HF to call us. That's a very big hassle when we need something immediately. Luckily, one of the ladies in the HF office gave me her direct line so I can get answers quickly!”
