The employees are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable... I feel bad for them at times, they get a lot of merchandise delivered and have to bring in the U-boats which take up a lot of space and people sometimes don't have patience - and take it out on the employees. It doesn't bother me - now a day people need to practice a little kindness... It'll go a long way.
