About Hoosac School
Hoosac School is a private co-ed boarding and day school in New York for high school students, grades 8-12, near Manhattan & Boston. Currently, there are 240 students enrolled from 40 different countries and 15 states. Hoosac’s learning environment includes small classroom sizes, rigorous academics, and a supportive community embracing individual learning styles. The school’s main mission is to educate the whole student in academics, arts, and athletics with a social and spiritual background. Students compete in one of the top athletic conferences in the northeast through Hoosac’s top high school hockey, soccer, tennis and basketball programs in New York. For art studies, Hoosac offers extensive visual and performing art, including music.
