I had an appointment for a covid booster on 9/18/22 at 4 pm I arrived to check in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told there's going to be a 20 minute wait because walk ins we're in front of me.Why even bother scheduling appointments if walk ins can show up and be taken care before people who took the time to schedule an appointment pp.Pharmacist didn't care and was definitely unconcerned about takitcare of scheduled customers I've been a long time customer but after today's lack of service it's time to change.

I've been using rite aide pharmacy for years and never had any issues. Recently regardless of I come a few hours after my dr appt or a day after they always make you wait at least a half hour to fill it. A cream I needed wasn't ready (in a tube) That just gets pulled off the shelf. Just frustrating to think you give them enough time to fill it and they never even looked at the script until you come in

This was my go to pharmacy for over a decade, and I get the pandemic madness etc. but the pharmacy manager Devon Lewis is about as rude and disrespectful as can be. But at least he was honest, upon being told I'd speak to corporate he responded "I don't care", and judging by the lack of response I got from this store they obviously have no regard for their customers. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, but beware!!

It's a pandemic so I figured I would do a walk in appointment the app and website were faulty so I called this store and was told I have to schedule it online how can I do that when both the app and website are faulty.why would you have a sign that says walk in appointments ? I walked in and was told that I could not receive the vaccination. Wtf is wrong with these peoples and the company. And why would you only carry one brand or vaccaine and why is their a shortage.the vaccine has not be in shirt supply for months. Get more shots you smucks it's a pandemic keep a constant supply of it unbelievable

So I had something growing on my lip. I did not want to leave the house. I did not want to wear a mask because it hurt. I called Rite Aid to see if they had Abreva. They did. They told me they would bring it out to the car, to call them when I pulled up. The Abreva worked well. So thank you Rite Aid I needed that TLC.

Very friendly service that seems to be much better than their local competitor. I often forget about this store because it is not as visible as their competitors location on the corner. Thank you for providing such wonderful service that is so lacking in commodity retail big box stores. See you again soon!
