Dominic was extremely helpful and kind. He was quickly able to help figure out my problems AND had solutions to them. Very professional interaction in Hopewell compared to the branch down in Fishkill. Thank you!

Atm always broken or not working, maintenance man shut the atm off as 3 people were waiting in line to use it instead of waiting for us to finish. Left the machine completely useless. Whole branch needs a refresh as it's the only chase in the area.
