The CVS employee her name is Brooke did a fanatastic job being alone handling a line of customer at the register in addition to taking a passport picture she was able to service everyone with a minimal acceptable wait time. Great job on Brooke's part. Thank you.

The pharmacist technician refused to tell me if they had a certain medication in stock. After a very long stutter, he said my Dr had to call and that he didn't have to reveal that information to me, which is complete B.S. People just don't want to do their job anymore. If you're too lazy to check what's in stock, you shouldn't be working as a pharmacist technician. Every other pharmacy I've called checked their inventory but not CVS.

Terrible pharmacy. My kids need a specific medication that I'm aware is in limited supply but the person that answered the phone refused to look in the computer to see if they had it and just kept replying I was told last week we didn't have it. The problem is you can't just send prescriptions over and over it takes to long to get the Dr. to write a new script. Just do your job and look your being paid for your time on the phone with me. CVS needs to do better!
