I've been to this salon a few times and my mom goes here frequently, and up until recently we've both only had good experiences. I had an appointment with a stylist I've seen before for a cut and balayage. The morning of the appointment, I got a call that the stylist was out sick and I was asked if I'd like to reschedule. I rescheduled for the same day with a stylist I'd never been to before, but trusted would be great (I was also very appreciative that she could fit me in so last minute). While she's doing the balayage, I notice she's not using foils, and every other stylist I've ever gotten a balayage from puts my full head in foils. So I simply mention this difference because I was confused. The stylist looks at me like I'm an idiot and then very obviously whispers something rude to the stylist right next to us. Then they both laughed before my stylist "explained" her method to me like I was stupid. It made me feel extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. She also cut my hair way shorter than I asked for and didn't bleach/tone my balayage enough to match my ends. The top of my head is super bronze/warm while my ends (from my last balayage) are very cool and ashy (what I wanted). I'll have to get it fixed at another salon. I still gave a 20% tip because I'm a nice person... but I will not be going back (at least not to that particular stylist).

Very unprofessional. I was advised by the staff to book my.next appt, which was 8-10 weeks away and was told that it was no big deal if I had to change it at that time. I called to reschedule my appt and was told they would not book and appt for me anymore and that I had to call and see if there was an appt available the day I wanted to come in. I never went back and I never will. There are many other good salons in the area, so why put up with being treated like that.

Literally every barber are old a*s ladies. They probably don't even understand what a Fade is. F***** up my hair so bad that I'm crying knowing I'm gonna be made fun of in School. Don't go here, especially if you're a student. The barbers are so f*cking slow they could examine a picture for one whole f*cking day, their old d*mb f*ckers would decide to go for a bowl cut. If one of the barbers is looking at this Review, F*ck you, the body you are in, your soul, your family, your friends, your pets, your whole family tree that got a combined total of 16 and a half chromosomes, and hope u spawn in the lowest part of h*ll for eternity.

My 14 yr. old Daughter want to get a Biolage treatment at this establishment. They requested her come into for a "consultation". They sat her in a chair for under a minute and said OK, but there is an $80 Deposit. I went in the give them $80 for a $250 hair treatment. We made an appointment, got a receipt and left.I called and left a voicemail the day before her appointment to cancel. Never received a call back.They refuse to refund us the $80 saying there is a 48 hour cancellation notice.Nowhere on the receipt or in viewing is there any notice of a 48 hour cancellation notice.My wife called to see if maybe they could just apply it to a simple haircut for my daughter, they said no.To think they won't refund us is unfathomable.

My 14 year old daughter wanted to get a Biolage treatment at this establishment. They requested she come in for a "consultation". They sat her in the chair for under 30 seconds and said "ok" but, there is an $80 deposit. I went in, gave them the $80 deposit for a $250 treatment, made an appointment, got a receipt and left. I called and left a voicemail the day before her appointment to cancel. Never received a call back. We are now requesting a refund for the $80 deposit and being denied being told there is a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Nowhere on the receipt or in plain viewing is there any notice of a 48 cancellation notice. My wife called to see if maybe they could apply the $80 for a simple haircut for my daughter, they said no. To think they won't refund us is unfathomable.

It was my first time to the Salon, and went to Karen C. from a referral. She listened to what I wanted, and asked the amount of time I spend on my morning routine. IT IS PERFECT! People have commented and asked where I went for my cut!

I have been a client at this salon for many years. I had to cancel two appointments one because I had a death in the family and one because I could not get out of work and gave them more than 24hrs notice. Now they want to charge me $100 to make an appointment. Life happens!! I do not recommend!!

I just returned from a 9:00 a.m. appointment, which was made online last evening. I arrived on time and went to open the door, it was locked. I waited a few minutes, then looked inside the window, the receptionist was sitting at the desk and another stylist was in the main area (both saw me). I tried the door again, locked - it is now about 9:10. I then waited a few minutes, knocked on the door and was motioned to enter. The door was unlocked at this time. I went in, apologized and said that I had tried the door twice and it was locked. The receptionist was very rude and snapped that it was unlocked. So I said when I had tried the door, it was locked. Again, very rudely she snapped that it was unlocked. So if it was unlocked and you saw me outside why not get up off the chair and open the door for me? When I told her why I was there for a 9:00 a.m. appointment, she quickly glanced at the screen and said that she did not have an appointment for me. She said to sit and wait and she would have someone help me. I waited for a while, she made no attempt to speak with any of the stylists - so I said thank you and left. I am not prone to every speaking negatively about a business. But I do feel that a better customer service person should be sitting behind that desk.
