Took my car to them after brake problems while on my way back to the city. Supposedly needed to leave my car overnight to get the repairs completed. They couldn't complete the repair overnight, then "found" new problems that they couldn't complete on their own timeline. Finally when I got my car back they gave me unsafe brakes.Terrible crooks. Avoid them at all costs.

My tire blew out on the highway and these guys towed me to safety. Not only did they replace my tire at a reasonable price, but they arranged a ride home for me back and forth on my schedule, so I could continue to work. They worked around my schedule with no expectations or questions asked. They were respectful, courteous, and thorough. They were concerned because my Civic was still alerting for tire pressure after the change. I was quite certain it was because it needed to be driven for a bit, as I don't drive that much, and in fact that was the case. Everything was fine and in order. Would definitely use their services again.

I was in an accident and Hyatts was called to tow my car for repairs. They were amazing from the start they fixed my car like brand new and so fast. Every time I called they were super helpful in answering my questions and helping me to navigate the insurance claim. Very friendly and helpful.The car looks amazing because of the quality repair job they did. Highly recommend!

I had these guys replace my brakes and they failed to check the rear calipers. As a result after only 4 months the brakes were completely worn and the new rotors were damaged from the excessive heat. It is ridiculous that they could mess up a job as simple as brakes. They also misdiagnosed an issue with a hood latch which resulted in a $300 unnecessary repair before they fixed the actual issue for an absurd price. Prices in general are ridiculously overpriced, especially considering the low quality of work! I would avoid this mechanic at all costs!Services: Car towing
