9/05/25 10:40 am Great selection of hardware, garden, canning, and outdoor deco supplies. 4 stars because there is an elderly man who obviously works there - who stands around watching every move, like everyone who enters is a suspect. I shop here occasionally, but this behavior is not welcoming or customer friendly.

Excellent customer service. Went to Hardware store today because needed
a car key cut, manager assisted and did the job and made sure with her co worker it was cut correctly before I left the store. My thanks again…. Definitely will support local business and spend my money at this fine establishment.

I went into to the store looking for a particular light bulb and needed key copies so I was helped by an employee Felicia she was so helpful and all the key copies worked as well. Job well done. Highly recommend!!!

Felicia and Aurora are so good at their jobs! They literally knew the answers to every single one of my questions and I ask a lot of questions!!! They were so kind and helpful. This was the first time I was in the store, they made it so easy! Thank you :)

I don't know the name of any of the employees but whatever employees worked this night 11/23 was outstanding, and I cannot thank them enough, thank you so much for being so accommodating last minute! Normally I don't leave reviews for stores like this. But they deserve a 5 star.

They are charging $50/ton for pellet delivery even though they are going to 1 location. When I questioned it I was rudely told I don’t have to purchase the pellets. I understand a delivery fee, but not per ton!

Came in just to simply find certain screws. I was helped by some nice gentlemen who directed me. When we couldn’t find what i was looking for, they called the owner who yelled at the young employee when she was the one who should have correctly trained the employee in the first place. Then i was “helped” by the owner who had an attitude the entire time and seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else. As a place that’s supposed to be known for good customer service, i’ve only seen the opposite.
