Jocelyn at the UPS store in Hopewell is just an array of sunshine and so incredibly helpful. She is efficient, friendly, etc. The other members of the staff are also great! I returned things almost daily to the UPS store, and I’ve never had a problem.

Lewis and Richard the greatest customer service clerks. They are always so pleasant, FAST and accurate. I’ve ALWAYS used this store for personal and business shipments. I learned my lesson about going elsewhere when a few months ago I shipped an important document from Staples location because I was near there at the time. 2 weeks after, the addressee emailed me to say they had not received the documents. My package was lost somehow and then returned to that Staples store. I had to drive out of my way to collect my package. I brought it straight to my guys here to ship and it was probably delivered within 48 hours! Clean sanitized surfaces, not litter, clean floors, well lit and well stocked.

We order a lot from Amazon, if we have to return something it is extremely convenient. They quickly get everything done and can be on my way fast.

Please do not return your package from this ups they stole my 500 and 60 something above ground pool. When my husband called the seller he said didn’t receive anything when my husband went back to this ups they said they can’t do anything about it . Stay away from this ups.

The woman who works there is rude, abrasive, and inappropriate. She does not conduct herself in a professional manner. I have witnessed several interactions where she was horrible to customers.
