Worst post office possible. This week alone they said they delivered 2 different items on 2 different days. None received. I get other peoples mail constantly as well as having my neighbors deliver my mail to me that they receive. I just don’t get it.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Never had an issue at this location until today. I've mailed things many times from this location, I was always given a sticker to write on for the mailing address and such for the boxes so I didn't write on the box ahead of time, how was I supposed to magically know that they wanted me to do that today? This old lady, Lori, is the RUDEST person I have ever met at the post office, and I've been to multiple post offices in different states. The attitude i was given was horrid. Why would with the public if you're going to be rude af? She very rudely snapped at me and said I HAD to fill it out ahead of time. How was i supposed to know I was going to be given a sticker??? She never once asked me if it was filled out while I waited in line. Instead, she stood there and stared at people as they were filling out paperwork. I would've gladly got out of line to fill it out if I was told??? Then she had the AUDACITY to throw my box like it had a disease. Good thing there wasn't anything breakable in it, especially since in the box was a gift for my mom. So inconsiderate, and she REALLY needs to be let go.

I don’t complain at all but. I have been wait for a package to arrive that I had to sign for stayed home waiting. Go the mailbox to find a slip that they missed me!!!! No knock on the door nothing so I go to pick up and the women gives me an attitude!!!! If you don’t like your job you should go find another one. This the 4th time this has happened!!!!! Terrible service the worst

The most atrocious post office that has existed. Their carriers consistently deliver mail to the wrong address, leave packages at the wrong houses, and even when you pay money to have a PO Box, THEY STILL DONT GIVE YOU ALL YOUR MAIL. I had a package left there and I never received it when I went to pick up mail even though it says Rob signed for it. I’m away from the area for 6 months and cannot get a single human on the phone to consult so now I’ve just lost the package because these idiots can’t do their jobs. Do everything you can to avoid this awful post office!!!!

Of the past ten times we've traveled and requested that our mail be held, they've actually held it only once! Each time, we put the request in both on line and in person.

Excellent Post Office. I’ve always loved the USPS and very happy that this town has a great one. The self-serve kiosk is a huge advantage and allows shipping and stamp purchase 24 hours, in addition to it being a nice alternative at busy times or when in a rush. It’s a dated building, but the main purpose is utility and not a beauty contest so that’s certainly no deterrent. The staff is excellent, particularly Rebecca and Robert, after Jose retired being long-standing customer-focused friendly staff member. In a small “downtown” area of the hamlet of Hopewell it’s conveniently located. Always happy coming to do business here.

Bad. Waiting for large package from amazon. Paid almost $30.00 for delivery. Why Amazon gave package to post office is crazy. Driver went right past my home and noted driveway not accessible. Not a leaf, driveway clear. Called main customer service and they said driver should have drove down driveway as long as there's a turn around. Advised drivers not allowed to back up .have a large circular exit. A tractor trailer truck could exit. Had to go to post office to pick up and wait in long line . No reason for lazy driver to make incorrect reason.amazon drivers , ups all deliver to front door.. no snow clear driveway. false statement made.. Will complain to seller's about paying for expensive delivery charges and not get a delivery. I am not one to complain.

Post office is like the Bermuda triangle. Packages go there then disappear. Staff are incompetent and should all be fired.

I have never experienced a incompetent post office in my life. They can never get a simple stop mail request. My mail gets delivered to other people's address. I constantly get other people's mail. They should have a place for zero stars.

The workers here kept the line moving very efficiently and were very helpful when it was my turn. They do the best they can with limited staff and are hard workers!

Extremely Disappointed with Passport Services at this Post OfficeI had an extremely frustrating experience with passport services at this post office. Despite checking the Department of State website, which clearly stated that the post office had walk-in hours on Saturdays from 10-10:30 am, my family and I arrived at 9:40 am, only to discover that this information was completely false. This false information not only wasted our time but also disrupted our carefully coordinated effort to manage the logistics of getting passports for our family of four, including our kids.To make matters worse, when the post office employee finally opened the door at 10 am and realized why we were there, he displayed a blunt and unhelpful attitude. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused or attempting to assist us, he simply stated, "We don't do that here." I expressed my disappointment in a disappointed tone, explaining that the Department of State website clearly indicated otherwise. Unfortunately, the employee's response was to direct me to contact the post office supervisor. This only means wasting more time reaching out to someone who probably won't care and won't take any action.This entire ordeal left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism at this post office. It is unacceptable to provide inaccurate information on the Department of State website or to dismiss customers' concerns so callously. If the post office cannot offer passport services on Saturdays, they should promptly remove this option from the website to avoid further inconvenience and disappointment.In my opinion, the post office should take immediate steps to rectify this situation. They could either update the Department of State website with correct information or prominently display a sign at the front stating that passport services are not available at this location. Either option would be preferable to the current state of affairs, which can only be described as a complete failure in providing reliable passport services.I strongly advise others to explore alternative options for passport services and avoid this post office unless they enjoy wasting time and dealing with unhelpful staff.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I just left to drop off two packages (already paid for literally just needed to hand it over to be scanned). Rob is never pleasant but today he gave the most rude and disrespectful service I have ever encountered. I knocked on the window at 9:52 because it says the time I can do that is from 9:45-10:00 and I had no greeting or anything just “is that drop box full?” And I said no but I needed the package to be scanned now as I have scanning deadlines. He told me it would be scanned from the drop box and I said I needed it scanned now and that the window says it’s open at 9:45 to take my package. He literally slammed the window in my face and sarcastically said “have a nice day”. I have never been so disrespected as a woman from a man. Absolutely disgraceful this post office needs to train this worker in basic customer service skills. It is unbelievable the hiring pool would put such a miserable, disrespectful person in to work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE Related position. Awful just terrible.

The staff is excellent. Very helpful and do a great job keeping the line moving. This is the only post office in the surrounding area I would recommend.
