“A lot of the time, it is only the negative reviews that people see. I love going here, I find Dr. Baffi to be highly educational when assessing my dogs and very helpful. I have so many questions, but she is thankfully present and thorough. My questions are always answered. I love the vet techs here as well. I don't know everyone's name but every one of them is caring and helpful with my dogs. The receptionist is always fun to talk to. We are all stressed and veterinary medicine and its providers have one of the most difficult responsibilities. I know my dogs have not been emergent upon our visits, but I hope those who are experiencing emergencies here understand that vets and vet techs need visitor patience as they attempt to provide exceptional care. Owning a pet is not cheap, but it is a responsibility that we have chosen. Thankfully, there are people who devoted their lives to providing care for these animals.
