I made an appointment with Janet to open a new account and I experienced excellent customer service with her. She was friendly, helpful, professional & knowledgeable. She did not rush me & took the time to help me enroll on the app before I left.I had a great experience here because of her and her skills should not go unrecognized!

Visited their ATM a few days ago and found that the door to the ATM room was unlocked. I used it quickly keeping a sharp eye out for anyone who might enter without a card key. When I completed my transaction , I walked into the bank and informed a lady at one of the desks on the right that the ATM was unlocked. She replied " I know". So I said she better be prepared to deal with a potential mugging in there now that the door is allowing access to anyone with a bank card or not. A week later I returned and found the situation was unchanged so I drove around back to use the drive up ATM. I have just this minute reached out to their corporate office via a website and had chat with a robot who promised to connect me with an expert to discuss my complaint. However they then want to enroll you in the Wells Fargo corporate club so u can lodge your complaint,however they require your credit card which may or may not be charged one dollar to submit said complaint!! Who in their right mind in the process of filing a legitimate complaint of a serious nature would give them a credit card before addressing said complaint. It's a very slick way of avoiding any and all complaints and no phone number is provided for corporate office. Ludicrous to say the least. So the ATM door to my knowledge which was still unlocked yesterday may still be open. Very poor customer service and dangerous to have that door unlocked as customers are getting cash ugh

Unfortunately, I had to go into this bank twice for paperwork help. Janet was not interested in helping the customer. She's there but couldn't even explain to me what the paperwork was about. Had to call the 800 # to have them explain it to me at her desk! Then we needed a signed permission statement from my son for me to help him with this banking. The 800# representative said it could be done right at the branch and be faxed to her. Janet had no intention of helping us with that either!! So thank God I don't have to deal with this bank on a daily.

Have found that none of the branches have customer availability. They open at 9 am to 5 pm. The Same hours that majority of people work. Saturday close at 12 pm.Their hrs are certainly not customer availability.Ill be closing all of my accounts and transferring to bank which are more suitable for me..

Horrible bank. Left an 83 year old outside in the cold. No one at the bank and refused to take me without an appointment. Waited outside one hour still no one entering the bank. Waste of customers time. Now I know why 25 banks are closing!! Goodbye Wells Fargo!!taking my money elsewhere.

The worst banking experience ever. They always lie an say the wait will be just a few minutes when in reality it's an hour. Today I put my check into the atm an I couldn't get the full deposit until tomorrow. This is the second time this has happened. I go in the bank an the female manager tells me to call the number on the back of my card an that "theyd give me a few bucks" since I was totally out of gas. I call an the lady on the other line has NO authority to do that whatsoever. She even said I dont even know why she told you that.would never recommend this bank ever to anyone unless you wanna go through many frustrating experiences.
