“Charlie was amazing to work with - I needed to get a rental car asap so my mom could get to Buffalo to my dad who got transferred there for a medical emergency. I am in Arizona and he worked with me to make sure I could get everything taken care of so she could pick the car up asap. He even offered to pick her up if she couldn’t get a ride from Avoca. I don’t know what I would have done if we didn’t have his help. We will be a customer for life! Thank you for your kindness and support through all of this!”
