I just went in for a simple wash n cut, I wanted 2 inches cut off,!! Not 4inches. She was extremely rude, after I wasn't happy she cut off 4inches, not a word did she speak after that. She blamed me for the misunderstanding, no not really, but whatever it's only hair,it will grow back. Not the point,I had an event to attend. Not happy at all

In Hornell for 4th of July weekend and needed a hair cut. Haley at Cutting Crew gave me the best hair cut I've had in years. Usually my cutters struggle with my many cowlicks but she was perfect. Place is clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

My stylist Haley did a phenomenal job. Such a kind and lovely woman. Told her what I wanted she did it and then asked if I wanted it anything else done, told her to do her magic and it came out great. Highly recommend the store and Haley.

The cutting Crew is the most amazing place that I've ever been I've traveled the entire world I have 24 golden platinums I have a television series that's been on for 68 weeks I have a prominent podcast place and this is the first place I've ever been to that has such amazing service phenomenal coloring the personalities the crew the ambiance is just outstanding excellent and the prices are amazing they should be charging twice the amount that they're asking for I'm so thrilled and I'll be proud if the rest of you said Uncle Red sent me.

Stopped by for a walk-in hair cut and Rebekah fit me right in. She was friendly and did a good job cleaning up the choppy layers from a previous cut from a different salon. Thought the price was reasonable as well.
