“Good place they have many families in here who are housing unstable. I have had the pleasure to deliver to these folks when they order doordash. It is safe and well lit for the situation. Hornell needs several more efficiency lodges to accommodate. When I first came to Hornell I am a high tier Choice Hotel member. I only stay with Choice. I noted Econo is the only Choice option in Hornell, but it had like a month long wait time to reserve a room. Perplexed by this I went to another hotel, which was fine. Once I got here I understood very well the situation. I have had the manager show us which area the delivery is in also for the customers and residents here.”

“The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is inviting and the pool was a relaxing treat. Unfortunately my morning was less than ideal. I stepped into the shower to find the shower head broken and both the refillable shampoo and body wash dispenser empty. There is no excuse for this.”
