The only good thing about this business is the pretty easy-to-use platform on their website, as it does provide up to date information about locker storage availability.However, there is absolutely no customer service, despite countless emails, calls, and attempts at communication. Upon renting my unit, there was no instruction about how to start use of this unit. Upon arrival at my unit, it was actually locked with a cryptic handwritten message from someone who had used their personal lock and put their stuff inside. Thankfully he left a phone number, which is more communication I have ever received from the company! We sorted the issue out between us, with no help from Jackson Locker Storage (after several calls). Finally, cancellation of the lease agreement is done through personal email, which is clearly not this company's strong suit.The unit itself is dusty, filled with cobwebs, and had a tattered rain seal... I hope my things won't get damaged in the duration of my lease.... I will update this review accordingly.Although Aims doesn't have an online platform to rent immediately like Jackson does, I highly recommend that solution over this company!
