You can't take just the QR code that you print at home, you must print full labels and put items back in boxes. And they will charge you for your return. Such a waste of a drive.

If I could give lower than one star, I would. This particular UPS depot is by far the worst one that I have ever dealt with. Total incompetence. Tracking information says delivery scheduled between 3 PM and 6 PM. When I would have been home, they show up at 1 PM and put a sticker on the door. Then when you try to call you can not in any way get a live operator.

The actual indoor transaction was very fast and the lady was very nice.However, I am new around here and had to go around the blocks twice trying to figure out where to park. It was just as confusing exiting the area. Please consider clearly marked designated parking and proper exit route. If I did park in the intended "area", it is not safe with small children (not that any parking lot is safe, but next to where busses pull in with no barrier is a terrible plan).
